Opponent again refuses to state his position and views on the issues
Here’s just one more example of our opponent’s arrogance, disrespect for the voters and a vivid example of his belief that he already has the election in the bag so why bother to let people know what his views are.
The latest group he chose to blow off is the AARP. The AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization for people age 50 and over, and with more than 35 million members it is the largest organization of its kind in the country. One of its many missions is informing members and the public on issues important to this age group, and because it has so many members it carries significant clout.. However, not enough clout that our opponent thought it important enough to answer their questionnaire. He has staff paid for by the taxpayers that could do that for him, but this is just one more example of Mr. Ward taking this election and the voters for granted.
You can click on the headline above and read Mike’s position and AARP’s position on selected issues from electric rates to pprescription drug affordability.
It’s time to send Mr. Ward a message to remind him who he represents. It’s time for a change in Lansing, and the time is just one week away.

Mr.Ward is just maintaining as Mr.McGonegal seems to be devolping. It seems to us that Mr.Ward relies on systems where Mr.McGonegal relies on people.Mr.Ward counts on control but Mr.Mcgonegal counts on trust.Mr.Ward does but Mr.McGonegal is doing the right thing. We are 67 and 58 and we have gray power and we see it as Mr.Mcgonegal sees it.Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom. Many of you know us although we don't often get this involved but we lost someone close in Iraq. And we feel this is where we can say something about a person whom we feel is much more than decent.THANKS!
Yes to Adam Stevenson and I am a deputy and it was news to me to hear our orginization endorsed chris as nobody asked me about it and chris was a gay basher back in high school at Brighton. Ask any of our classmates. They know who I am and if challenged I will reveal my personal identity.I sometimes feel like a black man in missisippi in the history book.So they all say chis is ok but me i know something different. If you want my name i can say it.
so what if mcgonegal was in the seminary he had to be leading the charge to the altar boys so what about that!
Get serious people Mike can win this thing so start talking up-beat and forget the nasty stuff!!!
You hit the nail on the head Milt and Anita. Thank you for your continued support.
Thank for your post, anonymous. You certainly do not have to revel your real name here because this is a free speech zone. However, I would suggest you pick a screen name so everyone knows it’s the same person posting. I must say it’s not a good idea to make unsubstantiated charges from many years ago. We are sticking to Mr. Ward’s record, and it is bad enough. For the issue you care about it I think his record speaks for itself.
Thank you for posting, oofruael, but I don’t understand your comments. Exactly what are you trying to say?
Yes we can win, Sue, and thanks for talking up Mike. However, Mr. Ward’s public record should also be an issue when you are trying to unseat an incumbent. There has to be a reason to turn someone out of office, and we have been pointing that out since June. There also has to be a reason to vote for the new guy, and this blog is filled with reasons.
to ignore the aarp is to be stupid and ward is and mcgonegal aint
